The super "digital twin factory" built with billions of investments has reached a new level of independent control of digital twin with its whole process, all data, all-sided qualities twin modeling, which enables the virtual-real interconnection, updates the leading level of autonomous controlled digital twinning mode and realizes the improvement of both manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

The factory covers 3 main parts: sheet metal, electric control and escalator. Advanced equipment including CNC bending machine, laser cutting machine, multi-station CNC punching machine, large automatic spraying line and automatic robot welding arm, and a full set of international leading elevator testing instruments are equipped to realize 100% automatic and a full-function testing of elevator control cabinets and man-machine interfaces. Competitiveness of processing technics is ensured by the advanced equipment and testing instruments to provide a reliable guarantee for production of high-quality elevators.

The test tower is one of the best of its kind in China with perfect supporting facilities and 8 test wells which satisfy the testing requirements of elevators for various heights and speeds. Product development and product performance tests are conducted in the test tower to verify different technical requirements and ensure the safety, stability and comfort performance of each elevator produced by Xiolift.

Talent is the core of technology, and a good team is the base of development. With an experienced and skilled R&D team of over 100 members, including domestic doctors, masters and senior experts from Europe, America, Japan and other countries, Xiolift is of the national Class A special equipment manufacturing, installation, transformation, maintenance license and several independent intellectual property rights at home and abroad in the manufacturing technology field of elevator core components.

As a member of the Enterprises and Education Alliance of Zhejiang Province, Xiolift is the only one evaluation unit of the "1+X Elevator Maintenance Vocational Skill Level Certificate" recognized by the Ministry of Education in the industry and has established a first-class escalator training base. Xiolift tries to explore a new model of enterprise-education integration together with Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and some other well-known universities and institutions in order to build a "talent reservoir" of high-end elevator industry technology under the global perspective.
